NAVINT

Brand identity, brand system, website, environmental

In 2019 Navint acquired Statera — a company I'd built a website for the year before. The deal put two consultancies under one name, with two visual identities that had nothing in common and no shared story about what the combined firm actually did.

Navint's work was lead-to-revenue: connecting marketing, sales, and delivery into one continuous system instead of three disconnected ones. The brand had to carry that to buyers who were comparing them against much larger firms.

The wordmark does the work. The V is drawn as a single upward stroke — the ascent built into the name rather than bolted on beside it. Navy holds the ground, one yellow accent carries the movement. In the containing mark that stroke rotates around the circle, so there's no fixed top: the ascent points anywhere and the form still reads. Growth as a direction, not a destination.

One system replaced two, running across the website, thought leadership, sales materials, campaigns, and environmental graphics. Navint was acquired by Globant in 2021.
